# There is no tab at the top to access Agent

Please help! I bought a subscription to the Explorer plan to get unlimited access to AI Agent to create apps. After purchase, there is no tab at the top to access Agent, and AI Support just says that Agent is disabled, even though everything is available on my buddies’ accounts or on my newly created account. I bought the plan mainly for this feature, please advise.
