From laptop it’s working properly, but from mobile the videos in portfolio page is not working  
Please help to fix it.

i have just tried on win10 and iphone. In the portfolio tab videos are not showing on neither pc or iphone.  
Are the videos public - it could seem that they are not?  
You can try yourself in incognito mode.
