# The project does not open

Hello. I have this problem, I go to the main page of Glide, I want to open a project (it’s important for my studies), but it’s loading forever, I can open my other projects, but this one just loads and that’s it. What can you do about it?

I can’t open the desired project on my page. I don’t have a Pro, Business or Enterprise Team subscription yet

Have you tried logging out/clearing cookies/clearing cache?

Yes, I tried all these methods, including opening the project in private mode and trying to duplicate it (it gives error 1003).
