# The form does not work when migrating

Hello, when I migrate my app, the form does not work, it does not allow me to send the data, does anyone know why? Thank you.

I think I’ve seen a form fail if there are no user entry fields. Nothing is being changed by a user to trigger the submit button to activate.

Since you do not have any user input on the form, you could try showing a New Screen instead of a Form. Then add a button to that screen with an Add Row action.
