# Text from forms dosents appear in data base

Hi, I’m trying to build a simple form questionary for taxes using most parts of the time “choice” option to make the experience simple. Still, I am trying to test if I can display all the forms on another screen with a list having details in each form but at the time I can’t even see the information submitted in the tables, if someone can help I really appreciate

So when the users submit the form you don’t see rows being added to your database? Can you add some screenshots or a video?
