# Terms' Checkbox - Is it optional?

Hello Team,

I have noticed that some users appear in the logins’ tab, but have not checked the Terms & Conditions’ checkbox that I have added when they log in.

How is this possible? In the experiments that I have run, you cannot proceed without checking the box, which is what we want the users to do.
