# Template + Quickchart.io inconsistency

I believe it’s because the annotations require V3 to be enabled.  
Try adding an extra query parameter as per below:

That works for me:

What do you do when you want axis titles together with the annotaion boxes?  
Its seems to be impossible to combine in Version 3. Is this true? If not , how?

I haven’t been using Quickchart much recently, so I’m a bit out of touch.

My suggestion is to head over to the [Quickchart Community](https://community.quickchart.io/latest) and see if you can find an answer there.  
Ian (the creator of quickchart) is generally very responsive to questions.
