# Template purchase issue

Attempting to buy a template but falling at the first hurdle. When I click ‘Buy Template’ the page refreshes and I get a blank workspace every time. Any suggestions welcome.

There was a fix that was rolled out regarding templates yesterday. I’m not sure if it is directly related to your case, but can you check if you can now do that?

If not, can you link us to the template, and let us know if you’re signing in with a Google account or not?

Yes, logged in via Google account. Managed to buy the template (Upvote) recieve confirmation email, etc but again. No template in Glide, blank workspace, no sign of the template anywhere. Thanks
