# Tab Visibility VS. Public with Email Sign in

I noticed I am prompted to sign into one of my apps even though I do not have public with sign-in enabled. I do have visibility set to tabs, however. Should I set public with email as well or does the tab visibility take care of this? I.E. What’s the difference between the two in terms of data and information that comes back to me when someone signs in?
