I’m sorry that you are facing this issue!

Does this happens still?

I think you have setup-ed only signing for team members. You can make it for Anyone to sign in for us to check!

If this still happens I suggest to check the visibly conditions if you have and if they are correct best is to [Submit this to the Glide Team](https://glide-help.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/requests/new)!
