# "Syncs" App = Sync with External Data Source

- Legacy Free plan
- \> Dashboad \> Usage section

In the “Updates” big number box on the right, I just noticed two apps are listed, when in fact only one has been running during the time period. Is the other “app” which does not exist in the team, called “Syncs”, a fictitious app that represents syncs with an external data source? I had never noticed this before.

It’s not all that important. I’m just curious.

Exactly! Googe sheet and Excel I am sure. Will need to validate for other external sources.
