My swipe card has more information than the phone can display and users cant scroll to see more info?

If user uses two fingers on the page then it scrolls but thats not really very user friendly, any fixes?

Also it need only for first time movement, after first using two fingers, then scrolling became to working. But it also very, very not user friendly.
And how to record video with fingers using?
