All the “On Submit” actions in my app are now all set to “Show Notification”. Seems there was a reset that cleared the actions. Does anyone know what happened? Thanks.

If there is a JavaScript error on the page, it can sometimes disable the submit button. To fix this, you need to identify and fix the error. You can use the browser’s developer tools to help you debug the code.

Actually i thought the action disappeared. I was mistaken. But thank you for you help. I’m actually going to erase this thread.
