# Subdomain URL not working on mobile

I have setup a Custom Domain successfully. DNS validated, it has SSL, been up for days now and is working fine on desktop.

Users can access the app on mobile when they use the QR code. But when you try to add it by typing the URL it does nothing and has no error. Am I missing a DNS record? Or maybe something in my wp-config file?

Works for me…

That was with Safari on MacOS.  
I also tested Safari on IOS, and Chrome on MacOS with the same result.

It works on desktop, but have you tried on mobile? If you type the url in on mobile, I believe it does not respond.

Yes, I tested Safari on IOS (iPhone)

Works for me on Chrome/Android.

Tried the link above, tried the QR code, and tried typing it in manually. Worked all three times.
