# Subdomain not working

Hey all, I am pretty confident the DNS settings are correct, but I’m getting an error when pasting the subdomain into Glide. We set this up last Thursday, so we definitely don’t have a propagation issue at this point.

I’ve followed the documentation and it’s not a difficult configuration on the DNS side. I’m getting the following when hitting the URL directly:  
Secure Connection Failed

An error occurred during a connection to [subdomain].[domainname].com. Peer received a valid certificate, but access was denied.

Error code: SSL\_ERROR\_ACCESS\_DENIED\_ALERT
