SSL in Godaddy takes a while. For me, it took over 20 hours. SSL is valid in www, http:// and https://. GoDaddy has that pre-configured. You don’t need to do any extra setup. I’d suggest contacting GoDaddy support. ---

Sorry, it is not done yet. And when were they SSLs sorted? I have contacted GoDaddy support several times and they have clearly mentioned that my host- glideapps- HAS NOT setup the SSL for my domain and sub-domains. (\*.[covid-relief.in](http://covid-relief.in), [covid-relief.in](http://covid-relief.in), [www.covid-relief.in](http://www.covid-relief.in)) Please see the screenshot below taken just now. No, you do not want domain forwarding. You want to add DNS records as described in the setup wizard. ---

But when I did this my original domain disappeared. Not sure how to do this at all. Is there a godaddy specific video? ---

I’ve set up a custom URL and users are able to access the App and sign in with an email or by using their Google account. I configured the custom URL in Glide with www so it’s [www.myurl.com](http://www.myurl.com). However, whenever a user browses to [myurl.com](http://myurl.com) without the www they can access the App but authenticating with their Google account does not work. They get an “Internal Server” error. Please Help! ---
