# Stuck with Error 1082 on Free Plan (Billing/Payment session error)

**Description:** `I am on the Free Plan and trying to publish my new app. However, every time I click the “Publish” button, I am completely blocked by a billing/payment session error. A modal pops up with the following text: “A client-side error occurred while handling a payment session for your purchase. Please contact support for further assistance. Error: 1082”. I am not trying to upgrade or use paid features, I just want to publish my free app. My Stripe ID is: [redacted]

**How to replicate:** 1. Open the Glide builder for this app. 2. Click the blue “Publish” button in the top right corner. 3. The popup window appears with “Error: 1082” instead of publishing the app. 4. (Note: I have already tried clearing cache, refreshing, and using Incognito mode, but the error persists).

The free plan only allows you to create drafts. You need a paid plan to publish.

You cannot publish apps on the free plan. If you upgrade to the Explorer plan, you can publish one app. If you upgrade to the Maker plan, you can publish three apps.
