# Start the non-profit plan

Good morning,

I am very happy that my application for a “non-profit” plan has been accepted.

However, although I added projects and published them, my plan still appears as a Starter Plan. What should I do ?

Hi,

Do you have multiple teams in your Glide account? Is it possible you selected one of them during your application process? Check your other teams to see if one of them was changed to non-profit. If it was, just transfer your apps to that team folder.

If that’s not the case, give it a day or two to see if it’s just taking a bit of time to show the change i your account. If it doesn’t change after a day or two, reach out to Glide Support through the confirmation email you received after being accepted to the non profit program.

I only have one eligible Team for this account.  
I received the approval email on August 10th.
