# SSL problem MySQL connection

Hi,
I need to whitelist glide server to connect to my MySQL database.
I’v set up my connection but get the error:An unknown error was encountered when connecting to database: s159.cyber-folks.pl:3306, error: SSL Connection required, but not provided by server.
It appears even where I switch off ssl verifiing
I’m trying to connect from different server without any problems.
Anyone have simmilar problem?

I also have the problem, I registered the ip glide in my whitelist, is it due to a supplier? for my part it’s OVH, I’m still trying how I can solve the problem with Zappier or Make but without success

Can you share some screenshots of your settings? The FAQ at the bottom of this page has the specific IP address that needs to be whitelisted.
