# SSL Error on Custom Domain

Hi there!

I have configured my custom domain by setting up a subdomain that points to glideapps.

I’ts more than 24 hours and the custom domain is not yet kicking in.

Why can’t I see the subdomain with the glideapp at [aat.gosimplydigital.com](http://aat.gosimplydigital.com) but instead it goes to the main website [gosimplydigital.com](http://gosimplydigital.com) or sometimes this error message ERR\_SSL\_PROTOCOL\_ERROR ?
