# Some Fields are non editable

Hi,

@owner field (provides by airtable) is read only. It is a user type Airtable field. I can’t add this field on edit view.  
Some help is much appreciated.

You mean you cannot add a Text Entry component or a Email Entry component clicking the white plus icon on the left side and connect that to the Owner column?

User type Field from Air Table is partially supported by glide :

- ok for read-only
- ko for edit

I have solved the issue by changing type Field on Air Table base ( from user type entry to text type entry)
