I have a potential client who is very close to agreeming for me to build an internal field app.
I think Team plan would be a good fit for them. My question is about mechanics of the signup process. Do I direct them to open their glide account and then add me as user? How do you usually handle it?

Yes, that is the recommended way to do it.

Yes, direct them to open their Glide account first. Once they have an account, you can then be added as a user with appropriate permissions to build the app.
