# Sign In Alternative Email

I used my work email to create my Glide account a long time ago. What happens if I this email is lost?

Please allow us to assign an alternative email to sign in to Glide. I have assigned an alternative email to my Google Account but Glide will not recognize it. Glide community (Gitbook) recognizes it, but Glide Apps does not.
