HI, I’m experiencing a serious problem with Glide and Google Sheets: - I am unable to create a new app from a Google Sheet (although I can create one from Glide Tables). - When I try to sync data, I encounter the error message “Oh sheet! Glide could not reload the sheet.” - I have attempted to clear my browser’s cache and cookies. - I have tried replacing the Google Sheet, but the issue persists. - Additionally, when I duplicate the app, I receive the following error message: “An error occurred duplicating the app. In most cases, this is caused by a large and/or complex Google Sheet. Delete all rows and columns that your app is not using or where there is no data. Glide will append rows as needed, so you can remove all empty rows below the existing data on all of your sheets. Then try duplicating the app again.” The issue is occurring with all of my apps. I have tried all of the above suggestions, but none of them have resolved the problem. I would greatly appreciate any assistance. ---

Are you sure that you are logged into the correct Google Account? I’d try signing out of Google and sign back in again. Make sure it’s the same Google account that is associated with your Glide account. ---

Thank you, @Darren_Murphy I had tried signing out and signing back in with the same Google account, but it didn’t work. However, I decided to try signing up again, and now it is working. 😂 ---

What do you mean by signing up? I’ve encountered the same problem. Also Darren, the google sheets are linked to a different email from the official Glide account’s email. Which one should I be logged into? ---

I am having this same problem. Somehow glide got disconnected from google and stopped syncing. Now I can’t reconnect to the sheet data source, or create new apps based off a google sheet, or create a glide table app and connect that to a google sheet. The settings \> Data sources \> Connect just throws the auth screen and then disappears after I login; It never gives me a sheet selection screen. Based on other similar posts, I’ve completely disconnected glide from google accounts, cleared cookies, hard refresh on browser, changed browsers, and no matter what it always hangs up in those mentioned spots. I am using the same email address from google I’ve always used. ---

Update — trying Safari I get the same issues, but this time it actually shows it trying to spin with that loader across the top. Did you get this working? Have you tried logging out and logging back in using google authentication (instead or name/password)? ---

I have not gotten it working. I am still unable to create new apps with Google sheets or connect existing apps to Google sheets. I have fully logged out of glide and cleared my cookies and cache and re-logged in through Google and nothing worked. ---

I am having this same issue and reported it over a week ago with support and haven’t gotten a resolution. Things I’ve tried: Cleared Cache Logged out and back into glide and google Switched to Chrome Went into google settings and revoked Glide’s access (which it did have, as this has worked in the past) and reattempted. I was able to invite another person onto my glide team, share the google sheet with them via sheets, and then have them link it (they did it in safari and had no issue). But this is not a great long term solution. ---
