Is there a way I can set up to send a Welcome email to users after they enter their email to sign in? Just to say thank you and hello 😊 ---

You can’t trigger any actions on Sign In, but you could quite easily do it if you have any sort of onboarding screen. Do you? If not, there are other ways. But via onboarding is the easiest if you already have that. ---

Hmmm…onboarding? Let me check my app and see what that is. I know that when I open my app, a Welcome screen comes up. This is where the user enters the email but I’m not sure if I have onboarding. Let me research that… ---

If you don’t know what it is, then the chances are good that you don’t have one 🙂 In its simplest form, an onboarding screen is a separate tab that’s shown to first time users after they sign in that forces them to enter their basic profile information before they get access to the rest of the App. It usually includes a button with an action that marks their profile complete, which in turn toggles visibility on all tabs. It’s this action that could be extended to send your welcome email. ---

I have done this only via custom sign up screen using user assigned column
