# Send Mail not possible again

**Description**
Send an Email with the Email-action is not possible. I tested it in 3 apps of different teams - no mail comes through, although the logs show a correct JSON.
**How to replicate**
Create a button with an email-action, use a hardcoded mail-adresse, subject,body - press the button and wait ;-(

no idea what you can do wrong here?! could it be that glide works with different servers? my location is germany

it seems to be due to the email address: [hello@agilunis.io](mailto:hello@agilunis.io) works. [info@webdesign-grimm.de](mailto:info@webdesign-grimm.de)
doesn’t work.
that’s kind of weird, isn’t it?

The one that doesn’t work is probably being blocked/filtered somewhere in the delivery path.

sure - but why.
in another app I saw that a mail didn’t go through either.
I’ve had that before.

This must be due to glide’s smtp server. It seems that emails sometimes end up on a kind of “spam list”
