# Send Email | Change Email Layout

Does anyone know if there’s a way to change the layout for the email to not include the little by “Such and Such Company” at the top underneath the name of the application. See attached photo for reference.

Access pin emails look like that by default. I don’t know if using Gmail solves that as I have not tried before. An alternative for you is using Twilio to send pins via text messages.

Well it’s every email sent by Glide is the issue. The PIN part isn’t a problem as much as I cannot customize what gets sent.

I mean not taking the PIN into consideration here, if you use a normal Gmail integration to send an email from Glide, you have full control over its design, so I don’t know if using “Pin emails from Gmail” would solve it for you as I have not tried it before.
If Glide has a default template that doesn’t allow you to change even if you use your Gmail, then Twilio is your only choice.

@dezwatz what you could do is give your App a description under Settings → Name & Icon → Description
If you fill in that field then the ‘by such n such’ message should be replaced with your description.
If you want it to be completely blank maybe the description works with an empty character but I haven’t tried.
