Is anyone else noticing that a lot of template buyers are canceling their purchases? I have a dozen canceled transactions from the last few weeks. Wonder if this means that the user buys the template, copies it to their account and then cancels, but still gets to use the template? Hm. Hadn’t thought of that scenario. I just assumed that they got to the checkout page and changed their mind. Surely I hope this isn’t what you claimed. Have you tested to see if this is possible? ---

I’d say 85% of people have canceled that have started a transaction. ---

@Robert_Petitto I just tested it out and when the user gets to the checkout screen and exits the checkout without paying, the transaction is entered in stripe as ‘incomplete’ as opposed to canceled. I believe Incomplete orders becoming Cancelled after some time. Incomplete orders means someone clicked ‘Purchase’, went to Stripe Checkout, but didn’t perform the checkout. ---
