I have a custom Glide application used to manage athletes, coaching, training programs, attendance, and member information. The app is intended to serve as a central platform where athletes can access training programs, track progress, view performance data, and interact with coaching resources. Administrative functions include athlete management, attendance tracking, program assignment, and member record maintenance. The application was originally developed by a third-party Glide developer and has been in use successfully. However, some functionality has recently stopped working correctly, and the owner is seeking assistance with troubleshooting, stabilization, and simplification of the app. Primary goals: - Restore any broken functionality. - Improve reliability and reduce ongoing maintenance requirements. - Simplify the data structure and workflows where possible. - Ensure the owner can make basic updates without requiring a developer. - Evaluate whether the current app architecture is sustainable long-term or if portions should be redesigned.
