# See status of user-specific columns

Hi all,

I would like to be able to make a chart of user-specific columns for a ‘manager’ to view. I currently have a checklist that has a boolean for todos and done.

Not possible unless you replicate the data in non user specific columns.

I tried replicating the input its a boolean. Ends up showing the current users data as both users input.

By “replicating”, that means some action performed by the user that would create a separate row for each response, or do some sort of math to create a culmination of all user responses for a row. All based on the value in that user specific column. You cannot view user specific column values or work with them in any way if you are not that user. You can only see your own values in a user specific column.
