I’m working on my gf pizza place app, and I was wondering if there’s a way to let users search within the entire app, let’s say an ingredient.

As you’ll see I have an homepage with some buttons that then will direct to the menu’s. Individual menu have the search, but I’d love to have this also in the homepage.

No, you can only turn on search for a current list view or a list in a detail view and the search will only work with what’s currently on the screen. You can’t currently search other parts of the app. You would need to have all menus on one page for you to be able to search multiple menus.
