# Safely Sort App Google Sheet?

Am I able to safely sort an app Google sheet? Example, resort by any column header… (Probably an “uh-duh” question 😁

I can confirm that you are safe doing a sort withing the sheet. All row data will sort with the column you are sorting. I think the only problem you could have is if you are using Unique or pulling that column some way into another sheet. Then I could see that second sheet getting corrupted. Fortunately there is always the undo button and sheet history if you ever needed to go back to a previous version.
