I have an error " This team has reached its row limit  
Please contact the app owner to resolve this issue."

Now I use the Maker plan.

Please help me…

You have too many rows in your App. You should remove some.

Either remove unused rows as Darren suggested, or if you cannot, contact sales so they can adjust your plan.
