# Roll Dice column facing error

**Description**

- The roll dice column become null with the error message below:
- Error: Loading the manifest “glide.json” failed. Is the URL correct, and the hosting set up correctly?

**How to replicate**

- All project with Roll Dice column happened since today 24-Oct-2024

Can you try using VPN to switch to another location to see if it helps?

Hi @ThinhDinh , thanks for your response!  
I tried using VPN to connect US server and refresh Glide page, then the issue gone.  
I am connecting the server from Asia before, this features was working all the way so far but not today.  
Not sure what is the cause or may be somebody fix on the server?

Usually it’s something related to the ISP you’re using not being able to connect to the site where Glide hosts these columns. I have experienced it myself like a few times a year, and it resolved itself in 1-3 days.
