I want to create a public app and setup roles for my visitors to only access tabs and menus that are specific to their interests. Example: Baseball, Basketball, Football, Soccer, Softball, etc. I will have an unlimited number of visitors. If I select the Private Pro App plan to have the ability to create roles, will I be charged for public users? Or, is it possible to have a public app when using a Private Pro plan? ---

Hey, I think you can either do one or another, both both. If the data doesn’t have any security reasons to be hidden. You can just set a user type column for say basketball, football etc. in their profile. Then just use this column for filtering on the tabs. ---

You can, simply add a column with the tittle row in your users profile sheet and create the roles yourself. Roles from Glide are for private apps ---

Yup, I do something similar. I just have a column called ‘user’ and then I use filters to show/ hide tabs & components etc. based on the user type. I have the pro public app ---
