# Revisit multi-step form, shows all answers

Hi all,

I have issues with people submitting duplicate ratings via a multi-step form.

When you have completed the form, and go to submit a new rating, the collection is showing their old responses.

How can I clear this so that, whenever someone wants to submit a new response, the form presents with clean fields that aren’t yet highlighted?

You should change the button action that opens the form to a custom action that first clears all fields before opening the form.
