# Restrict view based on permission

Not sure if this has been asked or not, is it possible to restrict a user to view a tab? or a component in a tab?

Use-Case  
I would like to hide sensitive data from well-wishers of my parish (members list) but allow them to view other tabs (sermons, education, calendar, etc).

Turning Tabs on or off based on any criteria is not available in Glide at the moment.

Like @George_B said, you can’t hide entire tabs, but if you can get creative with filtering and visibility to only show certain lists or components to certain people.
