The ability to choose if the component will be in desktop view or mobile view

Then pages can be also apps

I like that custom CSS can be attached directly to an item w/o using a rich text and knowing the name (or number) of the item you’re addressing.

That could be helpful, also, so that using custom CSS would not have unintended consequences on other items like I have seen.
