# Random template to generate Unsplash images

Not sure if this has been posted anywhere, but you can generate random images via keywords with Unsplash using the template below.

```
https://source.unsplash.com/[size]/?[keyword]

```

Please notice that the keyword’s spaces must be substitute by the escape character “%20”.

For example with Bosnia and Herzegovina.

```
https://source.unsplash.com/1600x900/?Bosnia%20and%20Herzegovina

```

Gives me this image, which is the Mehmed Paša Sokolović Bridge - a historic bridge in Višegrad, over the Drina River in eastern Bosnia and Herzegovina.

The Unsplash link works directly in the editor, no need to get the redirected URL.

Nice tutorial. I use this at times. In a new app I’m working on, I’m using Lorem Ipsum to generate a new daily image:
