# Question on configure a custom domain

Hello,

If we configure a custom domain, what will happen ?  
I need to make a change at link name.  
Is there any effect or changes after we change it ?

Assuming that you do it correctly, then your users will have the option of accessing your app via the custom domain link that you create. eg. [yourapp.yourdomain.com](http://yourapp.yourdomain.com) instead of [yourapp.glideapp.io](http://yourapp.glideapp.io)

The [glideapp.io](http://glideapp.io) link will still work, unless you change it.
