# Query JSON update with $ sign

I was trying to implement the @Robert_Petitto Call Api and Query JSON Video [https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7F4e9JatqeM](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7F4e9JatqeM)  
but it has been changed a bit and I can’t understand this $ signal I tried the same method that Robert Petito applied but it’s not working on my side, can anyone suggest/tell me what I have to write in the second column

You can click on the 3 dots to select specific items from the JSON Object, or you can use a [JSONata](https://jsonata.org/) expression.

well, I got the solution by doing some experiments and got it solved.And this worked for me
