# PWA showing blank bar where tab would be

I have created two apps that do not have bottom tabs In the browser they load fine but opening them from the home screen icon on mobile (once they have been already opened the blank space where the bottom tab would be is visible. The app must be cleared from multitasking and completely closed to run without the blank bar being visible.

So you only have 1 “home” tab in order to not show the tab bar at the bottom?

Yes, the app works fine in the web browser but when it opened from the home screen icon this happens

Looks like a bug. I don’t have an Android device here to test, but if you need my help, I can test on iOS.
