Hi, today I bought the Glidecart template but after payment it was not uploaded to my account. I wrote to the developer who replied that, in cases like these, I have to contact Glide support directly, can you help me? Thank you

I see you “own” that template in your Alfaro team folder, and you have a copy of that template as one of the apps in that folder.
