# Publishing reset changes to 4 weeks ago

Hello,

I discareded a publish and it returned the state of the app to 4 to 5 weeks ago and lost huge changes

Was your last publish 4 or 5 weeks ago? Discarding resets to your last publish.

This just happened to me, I’m freaking out. I spend 2 days making significant changes (publishing all along the way). Just now I pressed “Discard Changes” on something simple that I didn’t like, and I was reverted two full days. I did not publish the reversal, so my changes are still live, but I have no clue how I can pick them back up and continue editing from my most recent publish.
