My app’s URL: [itemstore.glideapp.io](http://itemstore.glideapp.io)

In the editor, I can see that my app has updated. However, on the published side, it hasn’t. I’ve signed out and signed back in as well as uninstalled and reinstalled. No luck.

The app in the screen shot on the right (in the editor) shows that I’ve “leveled up”…the published version doesn’t.

30 minutes later (after a refresh) it finally uppdated.

Hi Robert, I have the same problem, my client uses an app with PRO plan and his own clients access every day, buy some changes never update, especially animated gifs.
How can I automate the cache refresh, reinstall or whatever?

Are those GIF links changed completely (as in the URL changes), or they somehow change the content associated to the same URL?

Edit: Just seen this.

> OK, be mindful that glide apps are basically webpages running on top of the browser. Browsers tend to cache things when possible. As for images, they are retrieved BY the app. They are not sent TO the app. If the url remains the same then it’s very likely that the app will retrieve the cached version. There is a trick to get the image to update if the url remains the same. This is called a cache bust. Essentially you add a dummy query parameter to the image url with a value that changes …
