# Problems with relation

in my app
in the users table , I have a column called tracking search.
I have another table called packages, each package has a reference tracking, if a client enters a tracking in the tracking search field it will show the relation between both tables, the problem is that sometimes it shows and sometimes it doesn’t

I would check to make sure it’s an exact match. Check for any additional spaces or upper or lower cases letters that may cause the relation to not find a match.
