# Problem with "Set column values" on Form submit

Hello

In my app, I’ve set an action at the end of the form that fill a field of the item with the user’s email.  
In last days, the action doesn’t work and the email is not inserted in the item and the user couldn’t find the item in its private area.

Has someone else found the same problem?

Don’t use the On Submit action for something like this. Just add a User Email Special Value component to the form instead. Should work a lot better.
