# Private chat with Comments component not user friendly, is there any other way?

Hi Guys,  
I have a quick question. I have managed to create a kind of private chat functionality using the Comments component, but as a user I would find tiring to submit a form all the time, pop-up window then click submit. Is there any other more user friendly way to create a private chat?

As far as I know the Chat feature is a public chat available for all users. I want to create something like a messenger or whatsup private chat. The closest I could get is with Comments component. Are you suggesting that Chat feature can be customized to create private chat windows ? All the templates I found private chat was created with comments. Did i miss anything?
