# Privacy Types

First, could I please request a video that details the privacy types. There may be one but I can’t find it.

Secondly, is there a way to remove a user who has signed in via email? So for example, if I give access to a user by sending the link to the app and they sign in via email, but I want to later remove their ability to access the app, do I just change the link and delete them from the spreadsheet?

I think you can remove a user from your app only if you are using the whitelist privacy option and you take them out of the sheet that contains the whitelisted emails. Whitelist is the only one that gives you full control over who has access to the app.
