# Pricing website vs. inside account

The price of the basic plan on glide’s website is $12, but the price on the platform is $29. I would like to update my app.  
But these prices are divergent. What’s the real deal?

Hi @Edson_Rodrigo, make sure you are comparing the same plans (basic vs. pro, billed monthly vs. yearly). Also take into account that what you see on the website is the new pricing for new users from Sep. 1, whereas what you might see in your account if you were a Glider before Sep. 1 is the old pricing (available until the end of the month).

If you signed up before Sept 1, you get the new plans October 1. There is some benefit to the old pricing depending on what you want, so we wanted to give you the chance to buy apps at the old prices for a month.
